Earthquake cloud?

I found a strange cloud several days ago.
It's called, "Earthquake cloud", and is a cloud that peculiar shape is had.
The person who lives in the country where the earthquake doesn't exist might not understand.
Thus, if about ten days will pass after the clouds extended long and slender appear in sky, there is an opinion that an earthquake occurs.
An electronic ion seems to be discharged from an underground layer, to unite with steam it, and to become the cloud of such shape several days before the earthquake happens.

I can't be convinced whether this photograph is an earthquake cloud.
However, the earthquake has happened mostly somewhere after such a cloud appears.
And a big earthquake comes to Tokyo of a Japanese capital someday, and it is said to bring the serious damage.
Especially, because a big earthquake of magnitude six classes often happens in Japan recently, I'm scared.
For people who live in Japan, an earthquake is the moment of the fear which makes it conscious of the decision of death always.
